Mutton Curry - Hot Spicy Mutton Curry by Home Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 2-3 tsps Mustard Oil
- 2 black Cardamom
- 4-5 Cloves
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Large Onions
- 2 tsps Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Kg Mutton (Marinated with ginger-garlic paste, curd, mustard oil and salt)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 Potatoes (Optional)
- Chili Paste according to taste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Chopped Green Chilies and Mint Leaves
- 1 tsp Clarified Butter
- Salt to taste
