- 2 kg chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1-2 tbsp olive or canola oil.
Instructions:
- Cut chicken wing into drumette and wingette. Discard the tip or save them for another use.
- Pat chicken dry with kitchen towel. Get chicken wings into a big bowl, add 1 table spoon baking soda, mix it up with your hands and let it marinated about 20 minutes.
- Wash off the baking soda and pet dry again.
- Put the chicken wings back into the bowl. Now pour in 2 tbsp of curry powder and red chili powder. Season with salt as needed. Cover and marinate about 10 minutes.
- Next sprinkle about 1 or two table spoons olive oil or canola oil, arrange in the air fryer basket and fry it in 200 degree Celsius. Flip it over in every 15 minutes.
- Serve with your desired sauce or on its own.
